Article I: Organisation
IPSOS INTERACTIVE SERVICES, a company with registered head offices at 79-81 Borough Road, London, SE1 1FY, (United Kingdom), registered on the UK Companies Register under number 3903040 and represented by its Administrator, is organising a free prize draw in connection with new registrations to its Access Panels.
By entering the prize draw you agree to be bound by these rules.
Article II: Eligibility
The prize draw is open to all members of the Ipsos Access Panel who joined the panel during the contest period who are:
- a resident in the following countries: France, UK, Germany, Spain, Italy, Belgium, Netherlands, Sweden, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, Hungary, Norway, Poland, Romania, Switzerland, Turkey and Russia.
And
- who are aged 16 or over. (For any countries in which the age of consent is higher than 16, parental consent and/or adult accompaniment may be required in order to claim and/or fulfil this prize.)
The prize draw is not open to any employee of any Ipsos Group company, nor members of their immediate family.
Only one entry per person (same last name, first name, e-mail address) is permitted.
Article III: Contest Period
The Quarterly Draw Contest starts on 01/05/2012 at 00:01 a.m. Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) and closes on 31/08/2012 at 12:00 p.m. GMT.
Ipsos Interactive Services reserves the right to extend the entry period.
Article IV: How to enter
All new members of the Ipsos Access Panel for this quarter will automatically be entered into the prize draw. No purchase or payment is required.
Completion of this survey is not necessary to enter and will not increase your chances of winning. To enter without completing the survey, please send an email to us at epanel-uk@ipsosinteractive.com with the subject line reading Alternate method of entry: Quarterly Recruitment Draw and providing your name, address, date of birth, telephone number and personal email address within the message body. Email entries must be received within the contest period.
Article V: Designation of the winner
Winners will be determined by a random draw from all eligible entries, to be held on 14/09/2012. 30 entries will be selected among all eligible entries received within the contest period. Ipsos Interactive Services reserves the right to postpone the draw until a later date should the survey entry period be extended. All decisions are final and binding.
The winner will be notified within fourteen days of the draw by e-mail. The winner must reply to the notification within ten (10) days of the date that the email was sent in order to claim the prize. If no response is obtained within ten (10) calendar days of notification, the prize(s) will be forfeited and may be awarded to (an) alternate winner(s) selected in a random draw from the remaining eligible entries. Again these prize draw winners must reply to the notification within ten (10) days of notification to claim the prize. There will be three (3) alternate drawings after which the prizes will remain unawarded. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded.
Details of prize winners are available by writing to Ipsos Interactive Services Ltd, 79-81 Borough Road, London, SE1 1FY, (United Kingdom)enclosing a stamped, self-addressed business size envelope.
Article VI: Prize
Thirty (30) prizes will be awarded. One (1) prize will be awarded to each winner in the form of a prepaid card (MasterCard®) worth £90, assigned in a random draw. The odds of winning are dependent upon the number of eligible entries.
There will be no cash alternative to prizes. No transfer or assignment of prizes will be permitted except by Ipsos Interactive Services. Ipsos Interactive Services reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value.
Article VII: Liability
Ipsos Interactive Services is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, mechanically reproduced, mis-delivered, incomplete, illegible, or unintelligible entries, messages or post; unavailable network connections; failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmission; on line failures; hardware software or other technical malfunctions or disturbances; or any other communications failures or circumstances affecting, disrupting or corrupting the prize draw in any manner including without limitation, receipt of entries, entrance ability to participate in the prize draw winner notification, or winner response to notification. Ipsos Interactive Services is also not responsible for any damage to entrant's computer occasioned by participation in the prize draw or downloading of any information necessary to participate in the prize draws.
Article VIII: Presentation of prizes
By accepting the prize, the winner authorises IPSOS INTERACTIVE SERVICES to use his/her name and geographical location as part of any promotional event associated with the competition, in return for no consideration other than the prize attributed.
Article IX: Agreement of Proof
Except in the event of manifest error, it is agreed that information provided by the competition systems operated by IPSOS INTERACTIVE SERVICES shall constitute binding proof in any dispute relating to details of connection and data processing of that information for the purposes of the competition.
Article X: Jurisdiction
These rules shall be governed by English law and the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
Article XI: Data protection
Personal details of participants in the prize draw, including postal address, telephone number and email address will be used to record entry in the prize draw, and to notify the winning participant. Names and geographical location will also be used in notifications of winning entries sent to participants who request details of the prize winner.
We will process your personal data in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

Article XII: Intellectual Property rights
In accordance with our Intellectual property rights, it is strictly forbidden to make any reproduction or representation of all or any part of the elements of the prize draw. Trade names mentioned are registered trade names of their respective holders.
